A Great Tale of La Unica History

     Our local family oriented business began flourishing in August of 2005. It has since transformed itself into a destination that customers from all over have come to enjoy. 

Starting as a small tortilleria producing Arizona's most delicious corn and flour tortillas, our business has grown into producing multi course fine meals to quick grab n' go food items. 

Some of our most famous menu items include a variety of Molcajetes and Parrilladas. We offer a series of authentic Mexican inspired drinks like The Cadillac Margarita, a top-shelf 32oz refreshing margarita and the Cantarito, artistically created with tequila, orange, lime, grapefruit soda and sangria.

    La Unica works closely with many family owned businesses in Willcox. We are well stocked with the freshest wines, spirits, beans, produce and dariy products. A team effort between us and Apple Annie's gives us an edge on using the freshest corn and green chili's for an average of 5,000 tamales per season!
